Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of 5 accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of accounting tasks and projects.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis and review of general and analytical accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting rules.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Financial Planning: Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to ensure the effective management of financial resources.
- Financial Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and laws, including tax and social security requirements.
- Financial Systems: Maintain and update financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field (minimum Bac+2).
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a strong background in financial management and analysis.
- Skills: Advanced Excel skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
