We're looking for a Chartering Administrator Senior to support our CAS department in delivering added value energy solutions. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for:

Administering Time Charter Parties on projects, ensuring compliance and efficient execution

Preparing the bidders' list for sea transportation scope and screening vessel owners

Coordinating with the Chartering Manager and Contracts team to flow down terms and conditions

Ensuring all required documentation is in place for Charter Parties after award

Preparing and reviewing financial reports and invoices

This role requires excellent communication skills in English, as you'll work closely with the team to achieve our goals.
