About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Turnkey Project Engineering Manager to join our team at Alstom. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the technical aspects of our turnkey projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality transportation systems to our customers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement optimized solutions for turnkey projects, considering technical, performance, and cost factors.
  • Manage technical relationships with consortium partners and clients, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Validate system specifications and interfaces, ensuring technical consistency and accuracy.
  • Control system configuration and requirement management, aligning with project design milestones.
  • Lead the engineering project/tender team, implementing methods and engineering tools to ensure project success.
  • Ensure the carry-over of knowledge from previous projects and current R&D initiatives.
  • Support the Project Manager in achieving project objectives.
Requirements
  • Master's University Degree in Engineering.
  • Broad knowledge of railway systems, operating requirements, available equipment, and systems.
  • At least 5 years of experience in railway system engineering in an international project.
  • Expert in System Engineering and System Engineering methodology (MBSE).
  • Safety-oriented and fluent in English and contract language.
  • Wide knowledge of the rail environment and good coordination and communication skills.
