We are looking for a talented Process Development Specialist to join our team at ArcelorMittal R&D. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and improving innovative processes and processing routes to support our production plants' competitiveness, quality, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and improve innovative processes and processing routes
- Work closely with industrial plants to provide technical assistance and contribute to the deployment of in-house process models
- Design, organize, and analyze process trials from lab to industrial scale
- Interact with the ArcelorMittal community and develop collaborative research with external partners
Requirements:
- Master's degree in process engineering, material science, metallurgy, or a related field
- Experience in steelmaking, process or chemical engineering, metallurgy/secondary metallurgy, process support, or operation
- Excellent social skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Advanced level of English and at least intermediate level of French
