Job Responsibilities
- Establish and prioritize local technical compliance objectives.
- Implement and oversee the Technical Compliance Management System.
- Coordinate local technical compliance clearances and incident management.
- Analyze audit reports and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor technical compliance processes and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless compliance operations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in engineering or a closely related field.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a technical compliance role within the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated analytical and leadership skills with a strong commitment to achieving results.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant automotive regulations, standards, and best practices.
