Job Title: Connected Care Strategic Account Manager

Baxter is a leading global healthcare company that is deeply connected by its mission to save and sustain lives. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Connected Care Strategic Account Manager to join our team.

The Connected Care Strategic Account Manager will play a key role in driving and executing the go-to-market strategy of Baxter's digital health portfolio. This includes market development, digital health prioritization, and procurement. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of engaging with and developing trust-based relationships with C-Suites at hospital level.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of national healthcare, political decision-making processes, and funding mechanisms. They will also have experience in developing clear, concise, and persuasive materials, as well as exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

The Connected Care Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for achieving financial targets and related objectives, as well as supporting the sales teams in achieving their financial targets. They will also be responsible for coordinating the creation of and owning the digital health account plan, as well as orchestrating and monitoring the execution of the plan.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work autonomously and learn quickly. They will also be fluent in English and French, with Dutch being a plus.
