As a Talent Acquisition Partner Manufacturing, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our manufacturing team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, building relationships with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business needs
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
• Source and attract top talent through various channels
• Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for the role
• Collaborate with HRBPs and Plant HR to proactively build hiring plans
Requirements:
• Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken)
• Strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
