About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Continental Europe. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition organization, you will collaborate with Hiring Managers in Manufacturing to identify, attract, and hire top talent for McCain.

As a Recruitment Expert, you will use your deep knowledge and external insights to source and build candidate pipelines to fulfill workforce requirements. You will actively seek out the best talent and build relationships to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to engage and recruit top talent for Manufacturing roles.
  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines across different business areas, using tools, events, and talent brand activities.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate and Hiring Manager experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and communication.
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on the recruitment process, market data, assessment techniques, candidate profiles, and onboarding.
  • Use analytics to track relevant metrics to measure the success of your recruiting activity and contribute to improving the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Stay up to date on recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
  • Execute appropriate assessment tools and techniques to improve the quality of hire.
  • Execute Talent Acquisition initiatives to increase diversity and enhance representation across our workforce.
  • Partner with HRBPs, Plant HR, and Plant Leadership to proactively build hiring plans based on data, trends, and market intelligence.
Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment in either a corporate or agency environment, with specialist knowledge in Talent Acquisition.
  • Experience as a recruiter within a Manufacturing environment is a plus.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • High degree of self-management, autonomy, and initiative-taking attitude.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of recruitment systems and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken).
