Are you enthusiastic about human resources and eager to take on a pivotal role in a global organization? We are seeking an HR Lead to oversee HR functions across multiple regions, including France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Switzerland. This position reports directly to the HR Director for the Consumer sector in EMEA and is essential in executing HR strategies that enhance organizational performance within our commercial and marketing sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement people strategies that align with overarching business goals.
- Work in close partnership with leaders in Commercial and Marketing to address all HR-related issues, thereby improving employee satisfaction.
- Deploy strategic HR initiatives at the operational level.
- Drive organizational transformation efforts to meet business objectives.
- Align HR strategies with specialized HR teams to ensure cohesive operations.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to fulfill recruitment requirements.
- Ensure adherence to legal standards and take appropriate measures as necessary.
- Participate in regional HR initiatives.
- Foster engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.
- Support global HR projects.
- Supervise an HR Manager based in France.
Qualifications and Experience
· A Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or Business with a focus on HR.
· At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally within a commercial setting.
- Experience in labor relations.
- Proficiency in change management.
· Familiarity with working in a matrixed and multicultural environment.
Skills
· Comprehensive understanding of French labor legislation; knowledge of international labor laws is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
- Capability to navigate complex environments.
· Aptitude for engaging in strategic projects.
- Strong skills in change management.
· Diplomatic, influential, and service-oriented approach.
