HR Operations Administrator

Interpath Advisory is a dynamic and forward-thinking advisory practice that helps organisations navigate complex challenges and achieve their goals. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as an HR Operations Administrator.

This role is a critical part of our HR function, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various administrative tasks. As an HR Operations Administrator, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate employee records, supporting the onboarding process, and assisting with payroll processing and data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems.
  • Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the company.
  • Assist in payroll processing and data entry, working closely with our outsourced payroll provider.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Help ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies.
  • Support administrative tasks for performance management and pay review processes.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to streamline processes and implement improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
  • Background in Professional Services, preferably Consultancy or Financial Services.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Understanding of HR policies and employment law.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the HR function.
