Your primary focus will be on a diverse range of assets, particularly in the highway sector, while also having the chance to leverage your expertise across other asset categories such as railways, airports, and buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical and contractual evaluations to pinpoint project risks and opportunities.
- Contribute to Public-Private Partnership (PPP) project submissions, particularly in the domains of Operation and Asset Management.
- Engage in market analysis and the development of a pipeline for opportunities.
- Collaborate with global highway operations networks to enhance the collective knowledge base.
- Formulate methodologies to address both internal and external asset management requirements.
- Interact with various organizational teams to disseminate information and insights.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Engineering with a specialization in civil engineering.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects, ideally with a focus on asset management and technical engineering in an Anglo-Saxon context.
- Proficiency in both French and English is essential; knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
- Capability to comprehend technical evaluations and PPP agreements.
- Strong analytical and communication abilities.
- Experience in consulting and project management is preferred.
- Familiarity with asset management software is a plus.
