About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to join our team at Amadeus. As a Scrum Master - Java Developer, you will play a critical role in coaching our Agile teams and driving the adoption of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach Agile teams in Scrum and Kanban methodologies
  • Teach Agile practices to team members and stakeholders
  • Facilitate Agile team events, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
  • Manage and optimize the flow of value through the Agile team
  • Track and communicate key Agile team execution metrics
  • Work with Product Management and Product Owners to help fill the backlog and demonstrate Agile mindset
  • Facilitate periodic synchronization meetings and manage risk and dependencies
About You

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic individual with strong knowledge of Java, MS architecture, and experience with Asynchronous communication - Kafka, synchronous communication - REST API Json, Mongo DB, Cloud native application, and CICD experience.

You should be able to facilitate interaction and support people, promote change management, teach Agile practices, and be a key change agent. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of Agile principles and be able to drive relentless improvement via retrospective workshops.
