About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to join our team at Amadeus. As a Scrum Master - Java Developer, you will play a critical role in coaching our Agile teams and driving the adoption of Agile methodologies across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach Agile teams in the adoption of Scrum and Kanban methodologies
  • Facilitate Agile team events, including Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
  • Work with Product Management and Product Owners to ensure alignment and effective prioritization of work
  • Drive continuous improvement and quality of delivery through regular retrospectives and assessments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and dependencies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, and apply this knowledge to drive business outcomes
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Agile Coach who is passionate about driving business outcomes through Agile methodologies. As a Scrum Master - Java Developer, you will have a strong background in software development, with a focus on Java and cloud-native applications.

You will be responsible for coaching Agile teams, facilitating Agile team events, and driving continuous improvement and quality of delivery. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and dependencies.

We are looking for someone who is a proactive problem-solver, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
