Director of Revenue Optimization

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Revenue Management Director to join our team in India & SWA. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue management strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability across our portfolio of hotels.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Collaborate with hotel management to ensure effective pricing and inventory management
- Conduct market analysis and provide insights to inform revenue management decisions
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute revenue-generating strategies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure revenue growth and profitability
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in revenue management or a related field
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and profitability
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
