As Regional Director of Revenue Management, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue strategies to maximize revenues, market share, and profit within your region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional revenue strategies and budgets
- Lead forecasting processes and communicate key risks and opportunities to stakeholders
- Ensure seamless collaboration between key functions, including sales, marketing, distribution, e-commerce, and operations
- Build and manage a high-performing team, including recruitment, development, and performance reviews
- Develop and implement optimal segmentation and channel mix strategies
- Define and adjust city indexation in collaboration with HQ Pricing director
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable and apply revenue management methods, processes, and tools
- Manage inventory, dynamic pricing, and channel management
- Work closely with OTA regional and market managers to develop action plans by account

- Proficiency in MS Office, Intermediate Excel, and knowledge of hotel CRS, RMS, and PMS systems
