At Spotify, we're looking for a seasoned sales leader to join our team in Paris. As a Director of Ad Sales, you'll oversee our Ad Sales efforts across all major agencies and verticals. With a proven track record of success in France, you'll lead, motivate, and operationalize a sales team of Client Partners. Your expertise in digital advertising and marketing sales will drive revenue growth and help shape the future of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a sales strategy that drives revenue growth and expands our market share.
Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, and sales activity using Salesforce for maximum efficiency and visibility.
Collaborate with the Head of Sales for Western and Nordics Europe to define the sales strategy and drive execution for top brands and agencies.

Requirements:
10+ years of digital advertising/marketing sales experience and management experience.
Fluent English and French language, spoken and written.
Experience running a team where Data/Insights drive the direction of the business.
