The Junior CSM will support the Customer Success Manager in managing and coordinating the largest client onboarding of the company, during the initial stages of this extensive 4-year program. The Junior CSM will be the acting PMO and will assist in ensuring that the project is set up for success, working closely with various teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Support – Assist in the setup and initial phases of the onboarding project, helping to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports, while coordinating activities across teams.
- Risk Management – Support the identification and mitigation of project risks, and assist in developing contingency plans to address potential challenges.
Requirements:
- 3-6 years of project management or PMO experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Experience in supporting large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
