We are seeking a Confirmed Property Manager H/F for a permanent position at Robert Walters. The role is based in Paris and involves working with a small team of administrators. The successful candidate will have a strong background in property management and be able to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of properties on behalf of clients
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure properties are being maintained to a high standard
- Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize returns
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of property law and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
