Job Overview
Dream Catcher Sales is seeking a highly motivated Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential clients, including HR and DRH representatives, to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our services and build brand awareness.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of our commercial strategy.
- Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and other business development opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation package includes a fixed salary between $33,000 and $42,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a variable component.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the digital solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of soft selling techniques and methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
