Job Overview

Dream Catcher Sales is seeking a highly motivated Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving commercial growth and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients, including HR and DRH representatives, to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote our services and build brand awareness.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our commercial strategy.
  • Respond to requests for proposals (RFPs) and other business development opportunities.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a fixed salary between $33,000 and $42,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a variable component.

Requirements

  • At least one year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the digital solutions industry.
  • Strong understanding of soft selling techniques and methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-driven and motivated by challenges and opportunities for growth.
