Poste : Responsable Senior Field Support

Le département Field Support, au sein de l'entité Après-Vente de Safran Seats, est en charge du support technique sur site client et de la gestion des chantiers sur avion (amélioration/reprise des sièges ou soutien technique à l'installation de sièges neufs sur avion en service) suivant la réglementation part 145.

Pour supporter nos clients en Europe, nous recherchons une/un Responsable Senior Field Support. Basé(e) dans nos bureaux de PN2-Roissy (Roissy-Charles De Gaulle), elle/il aura également la charge de leader notre équipe locale.

Responsabilités
  • Leader de l'équipe Field Support
  • Planification du support sur site et des formations techniques des clients
  • Organisation, planification et gestion des chantiers sur avion
  • Inspections techniques et commerciales de nos flottes embarquées
  • Soutien à l'installation de nos sièges (Retrofit) sous la réglementation Part 145
  • Soutien à l'entrée en service de sièges neufs
  • Relation avec la station de réparation détenteur de la certification part 145 de l'équipe
  • Point Focal du Field Support pour la BU de sa région (Safran Seats France)
Compétences requises
  • Excellentes compétences en management de projet et organisation
  • Excellentes compétences en management de proximité et leadership
  • Compétences en communication (Français et Anglais courant est indispensable)
  • Capacité et confiance à négocier avec des Airlines et MROs
  • Capacité à travailler sous pression
  • Excellente capacité d'analyse de problèmes, de troubleshooting (système avionique/équipement électromécanique)
  • Excellente connaissance des procédures systèmes Qualité/réparation/opérations/méthodes, en relation avec la réglementation EASA ou FAA part 145
Expérience et formation
  • Diplôme d'Ingénieur généraliste ou équivalent (Master avec des connaissances en électromécanique/avionique est en plus) ou en Management avec une expérience de 8+ ans dans l'industrie aéronautique
  • Expérience dans un rôle d'interface client OE ou après-vente/services/management est requis
