About the Role

Symrise is a leading global supplier of fragrances, flavors, food, nutrition, and cosmetic ingredients. As a seasoned marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing global marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.

As the Global Business Marketing Manager for Micro Protection at Symrise, you will be at the forefront of translating product technology into compelling narratives that resonate with consumers worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting captivating storytelling to showcase the unique selling points of our products, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Coordinating the execution of global promotional tools with external graphic designers, maintaining consistency with our branding guidelines.
  • Developing creative concepts to support product launches and promotional activities, collaborating closely with BU Heads and Product Managers.

You will be tasked with running market surveys and analyses to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying unmet customer needs to position our offerings effectively. Collaboration is key as you consolidate competition analysis from various sources, contributing to our strategic marketing initiatives.

Requirements

We are looking for a seasoned professional in the beauty industry, equipped with a degree and significant experience in brand and marketing management. You should possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, and have a talent for translating complex technical information into captivating narratives.
