About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketer with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for innovation to join our team as a Global Business Marketing Manager for Micro Protection at Symrise. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting captivating narratives to showcase the unique selling points of our products, ensuring they meet customer needs and expectations.

As a Global Business Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of translating product technology into compelling stories that resonate with consumers worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Crafting compelling storytelling to showcase the unique selling points of our products.
  • Coordinating the execution of global promotional tools with external graphic designers, maintaining consistency with our branding guidelines.
  • Developing creative concepts to support product launches and promotional activities, collaborating closely with BU Heads and Product Managers.

You will be tasked with running market surveys and analyses to stay ahead of industry trends, identifying unmet customer needs to position our offerings effectively. Collaboration is key as you consolidate competition analysis from various sources, contributing to our strategic marketing initiatives.
