Key Responsibilities:- Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle for tech and non-tech roles, developing and executing strategies to meet the company's hiring goals.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience at each recruitment stage, coordinating interviews, maintaining post-interview engagement, and effectively communicating our company's story, vision, and culture.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier candidates across diverse channels, such as LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and employee referral programs.
- Partner closely with international hiring teams to deeply understand each role, developing tailored strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Be an ambassador of our brand, participating in events to improve our employer branding and strategy around hiring and retention.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as Talent Acquisition Specialist, with a proven track record of successfully hiring for different roles across departments.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing recruitment strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Complete fluency in English and experience in a multicultural environment - another language will be appreciated such as French.
- Proven organization, structure, and ability to prioritize projects.
