Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Business Analyst & PMO to join our IT department. As a Workday Business Analyst, you will be responsible for configuring and optimizing HCM modules, gathering business requirements, and designing solutions. As a PMO, you will ensure the efficient management of Core HR & Talent IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure HCM modules functionalities, analyze existing processes, and recommend optimizations.
  • Gather business requirements, translate them into Workday solutions, and engage with stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on Workday releases, enhancements, and industry trends, and recommend new features or improvements.
  • Manage the Wamba Community (Workday Ambassadors), animate monthly meetings, and provide training sessions.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, support user adoption efforts, and keep end-users documentation up-to-date.

Requirements

  • Customer-centric approach, autonomy, and organizational skills.
  • Fluent French and English, good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to listen, challenge, and formalize business needs, and communicate with key management players.
  • Reactivity, Workday HCM proficiency, and ITSM/ITBM knowledge (Service Now is a plus).
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst.
