Workday Business Analyst & PMO

Devoteam Corporate is seeking a highly skilled Workday Business Analyst & PMO to join its IT department. As a key member of the Core HR & Talent team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of IT projects and the optimization of Workday HCM functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Configuration & Optimization: Configure and optimize Workday HCM modules to enhance platform efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Requirements Gathering and Solution Design: Engage with stakeholders to gather business requirements and design solutions that meet high standards.
  • Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated on Workday releases and industry trends, and recommend new features or improvements to optimize Workday usage.
  • Wamba Community Management: Animate monthly meetings and provide training sessions to end-users.
  • Training and User Adoption Support: Develop and deliver training sessions and support ongoing user adoption efforts.
  • Documentation: Keep up-to-date the end-users documentation, including training cards, user guides, and process documentation.
As a PMO:
  • Ensure Core HR & Talent IT projects are efficiently managed.
  • Manage the Core HR & Talent Workforce and team capacity planning.
  • Prepare monthly sprints and create project plans in ServiceNow.
Qualifications:
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Autonomy and organization skills.
  • Fluent French and English.
  • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Ability to listen, challenge, and formalize business needs.
  • Ability to communicate and interact with key management players.
  • Reactivity and Workday HCM proficiency.
  • (ITSM/ITBM) knowledge, preferably with ServiceNow.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Workday Business Analyst.
