Job Summary

The Business Applications, Core HR & Talent team of Devoteam Group is looking for a Workday Business Analyst & PMO to join the IT department. As a Workday Business Analyst, your role will be to configure HCM modules functionalities, analyze existing processes, and recommend optimizations to enhance the platform efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Platform Configuration & Optimization: Configure HCM modules functionalities, analyze existing processes, and recommend optimizations to enhance the platform efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Requirements Gathering and Solution Design: Engage and collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and recommend solutions of high standards.
  • Continuous Learning and Innovation: Stay updated on Workday releases, enhancements, and industry/market trends.
  • Manage the Wamba Community (Workday Ambassadors): Animate monthly meetings and provide specific training sessions.
  • Training and User Adoption Support: Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users and support ongoing user adoption efforts.

  • Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheet

  • (ITSM/ITBM) knowledge (Service Now is a plus)
Qualifications
  • + 2 years of experience as Workday Business Analyst
