MBway est une école internationale de management située à Paris qui propose des formations allant du Bac +3 au Bac +5. Nous recherchons un marketing & customer success manager (H/F) en alternance pour notre entreprise partenaire spécialisée dans le logement.

Missions

  • Créer et lancer une campagne de communication complète (web, réseaux sociaux, médias)
  • Participation au développement du site Internet
  • Créer et publier des annonces marketing pour mettre en avant nos Mansiones
  • Participer à l'optimisation de notre CRM et de la documentation liée (plaquettes, photos, plans etc.)
  • Gérer l'animation de notre base de données de candidats : relances e-mailing, WhatsApp...
  • Identifier les candidats motivés en réalisant les entretiens en visio / téléphonique
  • Orienter les candidats vers les Mansiones qui leur correspondent et les inviter aux prochaines visites
  • Assurer un suivi personnalisé pour chaque candidat jusqu'à la signature
  • Participer à l'ouverture de nouvelles Mansiones : visites de maisons, recrutement des premiers résidents, apéros avec les futurs résidents
  • Organiser / assister certains événements d'animation : visite de nouvelles Mansiones, afterwork de communauté, sessions d'onboarding des nouveaux résidents...

Profil

  • Profil bac +2/3 minimum - École de commerce, communication, immobilier ou équivalent
  • Connaissance de l'anglais est un plus
  • Une première expérience en sales, customer success, manager, communication, événementiel est un plus
  • Excellent relationnel
  • Bonne expression orale et écrit
  • Gestion de projet
  • Organisation et rigueur
  • Goût pour l'entrepreneuriat et prise d'initiative
  • Autonomie et réactivité
  • Humour et auto-dérision

Modalités

  • Type de contrat : contrat d'apprentissage
  • Durée du contrat : 24 mois
  • Rémunération : 1 378,20 € (selon profil)
