As a key member of the Argus team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional after-sales support to our customers, ensuring their IT solutions run smoothly and efficiently. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer issues via email and phone, providing clear and concise answers that meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer problems in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality support and adapting to their needs
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to improve service quality
- Share knowledge and best practices with the Support Technician team to drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in after-sales service or hotline
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
