Natixis is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Programs and Projects to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving the success of our asset management programs and projects, ensuring their seamless execution and alignment with overall business objectives.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Program & Project Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of programs and projects within the asset management sector, encompassing planning, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, clients, business partners, and IT teams. Effectively communicate project roadmaps, progress updates, and key milestones.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and high performance. Ensure adherence to budgets, deadlines, and quality standards.
  • Policy & Process Development: Collaborate with other Natixis directorates to develop and implement robust program and project management policies and procedures, enhancing operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Portfolio Governance: Establish and maintain a comprehensive project portfolio governance framework, providing insightful reporting and analysis to senior management.
Your Profile:

We are seeking an accomplished professional with a proven track record in asset management and program/project leadership.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management roles, with significant expertise in program and project management methodologies within the sector.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
