About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across various digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Campaigns
    • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels, including email, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
    • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data to inform future marketing strategies.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
  • Websites Optimization
    • Optimize and animate both the institutional website and events websites to improve user experience and search engine rankings.
    • Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase website visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Community Engagement
    • Identify and engage with various online communities to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
    • Develop and implement community management strategies to foster brand loyalty and advocacy.
  • Database Management
    • Manage and maintain our customer relationship management (CRM) database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
    • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign development and execution.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and inform marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
  • Advanced education, with a focus on marketing or a related field.
