Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our team at Mövenpick Resort El Quseir. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in auditing and managing direct and indirect web content to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
- Review and update direct web content regularly to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Help improve user navigation experience, product & rate availability, and mobile friendliness.
- Test website navigation paths to ensure ease of use.
- Monitor mobile responsiveness and suggest improvements.
- Support the implementation of SEO and PPC strategies, including auditing SEO/SEM keywords.
- Assist in keyword research and analysis for SEO/SEM campaigns.
- Monitor and report on PPC campaign performance.
- Contribute to enhancing the resort's digital presence through platforms like TripAdvisor Business Listing and Google My Business.
- Update and optimize TripAdvisor business listing.
- Manage and update Google My Business profile with current information and promotions.
- Assist in developing strategies to improve visibility and ranking on relevant indirect web channels.
- Collaborate with e-account managers to enhance visibility on third-party websites.
- Implement strategies to improve ranking and visibility on indirect channels.
- Assist in executing social media strategies and managing budgets for all relevant channels.
- Develop and schedule posts across all relevant social media platforms.
- Create engaging content that aligns with the brand's voice and message.
- Help ensure updated and relevant content, brand & hotel messages, offers, and deals are posted.
- Support engagement and awareness initiatives through contests, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Respond to comments and messages promptly.
- Engage with followers and influencers to build community and brand loyalty.
- Assist in the accurate data entry and segmented growth of the hotel's customer database.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintenance of the customer database.
- Segment the database for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Support the creation, design, execution, and tracking of email marketing campaigns.
- Assist in designing and writing email content.
- Schedule and send email campaigns.
- Follow brand standards to assist in maintaining relevant graphic assets.
- Help design internal and external communications.
- Assist in designing marketing materials for digital and print use.
- Collaborate with other departments to create promotional content.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, PPC, social media management, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design software and video editing tools.
- Perfect command of English language and strong copywriting skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
