About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Le Clémenceau, a prestigious French brasserie in the heart of Bordeaux. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff
- Develop and implement effective service standards and procedures
- Monitor and control food and beverage costs, inventory, and labor expenses
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints
- Collaborate with the chef and kitchen team to create innovative menus and promotions
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
Requirements
