Job Overview:
Groupe Convivio is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Hygienist Apprentice to join our team at our central kitchen in Seine et Marne. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining high standards of hygiene and nutrition in our culinary environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain hygiene and nutrition policies and procedures
- Develop and update menus to ensure nutritional balance and quality
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operations and high-quality products
- Provide nutritional follow-ups and support to ensure the well-being of our customers
- Promote nutritional and hygiene practices within the Group
Requirements:
- Degree in dietetics or nutrition
- Experience in the food industry
- Proactive and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Team player with a passion for nutrition, hygiene, and quality
