Job Description: Dietary Hygienist ApprenticeAre you passionate about nutrition and hygiene within the culinary world? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Dietary Hygienist Apprentice at our central kitchen facility.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with production teams to ensure seamless operations and uphold the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and enforce hygiene and nutrition policies throughout the kitchen environment.
- Develop and maintain nutritious and appealing menus that meet dietary guidelines.
- Update and execute sanitary control plans to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
- Conduct nutritional follow-ups and provide guidance on healthy eating practices.
- Perform regular audits of the kitchen to identify areas for improvement and maintain optimal hygiene standards.
- Promote a culture of nutrition and hygiene awareness among all staff members.
We are looking for candidates who possess:
- A degree in dietetics or nutrition.
- Prior experience working within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
