Job Title: Accounting Assistant

Join our team at AXA XL as an Accounting Assistant, supporting the Finance Department in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting tasks, including documenting accounts, monitoring cash receipts, and resolving inter-company balances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accounting: Prepare invoices, monitor cash receipts, and resolve inter-company balances.
  • Taxes: Produce monthly service declarations, annual DAS2 declarations, and monitor VAT accounts.
  • Treasury Management: Monitor and resolve bank entries, participate in bank reconciliation activities, and identify and reclassify bank fees.
Requirements:
  • Higher education degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Junior experience in tax compliance preparation or accounting consolidation work.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to write process documentation.
  • Ability to establish a trustworthy and effective internal relationship.
  • Perfect command of English, working language.
