We are seeking a highly skilled International Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team in a full-time position operating with a hybrid working pattern, based at our global head office in Collingwood.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure all export and cross-trade orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and according to individual trading terms.
- Manage communications relating to exports and delivery dates, ensuring that freight is tracked, and relevant stakeholders advised of any delays.
- Ensure all import orders are correctly shipped, tracked, and managed in order to meet supply chain requirements.
- Actively engage with other functional teams to achieve an optimal sea-freight scheduling plan, in respect of business targets and external providers operational requirements.
- Pro-actively seek process changes and improvements to achieve higher efficiency in work-streams.
- Experience within a supply chain environment is highly desirable.
- A good understanding of the import and export process.
- Attention to detail, solution/outcome orientated, resourceful and timeline driven.
- A flexible approach to scope and prioritization of work.
- Experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting.
- Ability to build good rapport with key cross functional teams.
- An advocate for process improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and a proven ability to communicate with key stakeholders across the business in an effective and timely manner.
