Job Description
Fulfilling a key role within the Embedded Software Project Management team at ITL-Freelances, you will be responsible for leading one or more software projects. Collaborating closely with developers, software architects, and technology group managers, you will ensure the development and maintenance of the final solution, with clear responsibility for performance, quality, costs, and deadlines.
Profile
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in developing real-time embedded software for electronic control units:
- At least 3 years of experience in developing low-level embedded software (BSP) with real-time constraints:
- At least 3 years of experience as an Embedded Software Project Manager:
Required Technical Skills and Experience:
- Software project management: ensuring timely delivery, development efforts/budgets, and software quality:
- Experience as a functional team leader:
- Language C, with embedded and real-time constraints:
- 32-bit microcontroller architecture:
- Low-level software development (BSP -> Microcontroller/Pilots HW, preemptive OS environment):
- Real-time embedded software (with constraints related to interruption, CPU load, and limited resources of the microcontroller):
- Experience with development constrained by the integration process, including configuration management, change management, traceability, design rules, and quality gates:
- Familiarity with configuration/change/requirement management tools such as GIT, SVN, JIRA, Doors, Reqtify,...:
- Ability to read electrical schematics and component datasheets:
Additionally, the following experience would be appreciated:
- Experience with microcontrollers/multicore SOC:
- Experience with continuous integration (CI) based development:
- Familiarity with functional safety standards such as ISO, ISO, DO, ISO,...:
- Familiarity with the ASPICE standard:
- Familiarity with the ISO cybersecurity standard:
