DYNAMIS RH is a recruitment and temporary staffing agency operating across three key sectors: Accounting/Management, Human Resources/Payroll/Legal, and WEB/IT/Digital roles.
We are actively enhancing our footprint throughout France and are seeking a dedicated professional to join our logistics service team, which collaborates closely with public services and governmental bodies. Your immediate team will include the HR Director and an HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the accurate accounting distribution of expenditures by cost center.
  • Input invoices associated with public contracts into the Chorus platform.
  • Monitor customer payment delays and issue necessary reminders, manage supplier invoice payments, and handle financing for various expenses and assets, including account reconciliations.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare forecasts for cash flow.
  • Manage Working Capital Requirements effectively.
  • Verify and submit VAT for online declarations.
  • Ensure compliance with tax obligations in a timely manner.
  • Establish a closing schedule and perform monthly entries for VAT and payroll consolidation, as well as monthly closing entries related to cut-off.
  • Contribute to the annual closure process (balance sheet and income statement) for each entity in collaboration with the accounting firm.
  • Maintain essential accounting documentation for audits.
  • Track and manage assets.
  • Calculate employee participation and corporate tax obligations.
  • Provide detailed reporting to General Management and operational teams.
  • Submit accounting documents to the accounting firm.
  • Oversee collections managed by the factoring company, including file generation and customer payment verification.
  • Coordinate with Sales Administration regarding invoicing statuses.
  • Manage expense reports.
  • Update banking information.
  • Prepare payroll journal entries for payroll transfers.

Scope: Two distinct companies (no consolidation) and three branches.

Software Utilized: Chorus and Exact ERP.

Position Type: Permanent.

Recruitment Process:

  • Initial interview conducted via video or in-person with the HR Director.
  • Follow-up interview in-person with the HR Director and the General Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Mandatory accounting education (Bac +2/3 level).
  • Proven experience in accounting.
  • Familiarity with tax regulations.
  • Experience in reporting and a keen interest in analysis.
  • Ability to collaborate across various departments within the organization.
  • Desired Attributes: Proficient with technology systems, detail-oriented, trustworthy, mature, practical, responsible, autonomous, organized, meticulous, relational, proficient in Excel, and knowledgeable about business practices.
