Position: HR Project Management Officer (PMO) Apprentice
The Skills and Professional Career Direction is seeking an apprentice to join our HR project management team. This role will operate under the guidance of the Training and Skills Development Manager or the Regional HR Director, ensuring the effective execution of operational initiatives linked to the skills development strategy.
Context of the Role
The Skills and Professional Career Direction is focused on the reorganization of job classifications and the subsequent deployment of these classifications by aligning employees with new roles. Concurrently, it is essential to maintain oversight and coherence of this new classification within HR systems.
- Assists in the enhancement of dashboards and progress documentation
- Creates presentation materials for governance meetings and supports project leaders in the preparation of their reports
- Facilitates meetings with team members to collect updates on project status
- Maintains and tracks project timelines
- Notifies relevant parties in the event of scheduling delays
- Prepares and refreshes project monitoring documentation for committees
- Contributes to the refinement of project management methodologies and tools
If you are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a Master's degree in Human Resources with a keen interest in the training sector, this opportunity may align with your career goals. Previous experience (internship or apprenticeship) in human resources will enhance your application.
