Senior .NET Contract Manager Job Overview

As a Senior .NET Contract Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction and operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Client Satisfaction: Guaranteeing daily satisfaction for our clients through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Quality Management Systems: Maintaining a thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS), Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (QHSES), and Operational Safety Management (OSM).
  • Accountability: Acting as the primary Contract Manager, serving as the single point of accountability for all internal stakeholders.
  • Reporting: Providing clear and timely reports on all aspects of the main contract, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Invoicing: Managing invoicing processes related to the contract and diligently following up on outstanding invoices.
  • Contract Management: Updating the Operational System for Contract Administration and Reporting (OSCAR) with relevant information pertaining to vessel contracts.
  • Maintenance Tracking: Monitoring maintenance days due throughout the contract duration.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Contract Management.
  • Experience in operational or technical roles, particularly in maritime settings.
  • Strong proficiency in financial analysis and contract negotiation.
  • Fluency in both English and French is required.
