Inbound Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative at Brevo, you will play a crucial role in qualifying and converting inbound prospects into paying clients. Your main objective will be to identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services, setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives
- Offer product/platform demonstrations (at professional events)
- Reply to client requests for proposals
- Present all the advantages of our solution, be a spokesperson for our entity
What You'll Acquire:
- A thorough understanding of the SaaS industry
- Sales pitch & marketing knowledge on the Digital Marketing industry
- Sales Coaching
- Confidence to speak with C-level executives and also to the different technical & product Business Units

Requirements:
- Between 1 to 3 years of proven sales experience ideally in the B2B SaaS area
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Proactive and hands-on mentality
- Active listener, curious, autonomous, ambitious, and willing to actively participate in the Brevo growth
