Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team at OneStock. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound leads and conducting outbound prospecting activities for the DACH region.

About the Role

You will be a passionate and well-organized sales professional with experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or retail. You will be responsible for evangelizing OneStock to prospects, qualifying them for the sales team, and conducting qualification calls. You will also be responsible for doing outbound prospecting and responding to requests from inbound leads in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound prospecting activities
  • Evangelize OneStock to prospects and qualify them for the sales team
  • Respond to requests from inbound leads in a timely manner and conduct qualification calls
  • Do outbound prospecting

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in demand gen or cold call sales in Enterprise software, SaaS, retail or logistics
  • Fluency in English and German. French is a plus
  • A history of consistently hitting targets
  • Solid communications skills - both verbal and written
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills
  • Competitive nature - should be eager to learn and win
