Job Title: Business Planning, S&OP & Inventory Director

Join Morgan Philips Executive Search, a leading international recruitment agency, as we seek a highly skilled Business Planning, S&OP & Inventory Director to join our team.

About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience, including 5 years in managing the PIC/S&OP process and sales planning in an industrial and international environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, team leadership, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the PIC/S&OP process to ensure a balance between supply and demand.
  • Facilitate alignment between different levels of planning: strategic, tactical, and operational to ensure projected stock levels based on target inventory.
  • Propose solutions to limit stock rupture or excess.
  • Coordinate sales forecasting for all markets in collaboration with commercial teams.
  • Animate monthly Executive S&OP reviews and calculate indicators to improve forecasting quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of 7 sales forecasters, planners, S&OP, and stock managers.
  • Interface with sales, operations, production, finance, and purchasing teams.
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic understanding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
