Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Director

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Director to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for driving financial performance and ensuring the smooth operation of our finance and accounting division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead the finance and accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business decisions and strategy
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and improving operational efficiency
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
