Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Director

Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning and Analysis Director to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Finance & Accounting Division, while maintaining Hyatt International's high standards of Financial Management.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Manage and maintain financial systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of senior financial leadership experience, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in complex accounting software, Microsoft applications, and relevant computer tools.
  • Deep experience with hotel financial reporting systems, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
