Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive upskilling strategy that aligns with our business objectives and industry trends.
- Assess and address medium to long-term learning needs, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritize key skills and competencies.
- Design and deliver high-impact learning experiences, leveraging digital and face-to-face approaches to engage and develop our talent.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with external providers and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and best practices.
- Lead a team of Learning Partners and Coordinators to ensure the successful implementation of our upskilling strategy.
