Head of Upskilling Programs

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Strategic Upskilling Programs team. As Head of Upskilling Programs, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive upskilling strategy that aligns with the company's global strategy and supports the success of our business transformations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic upskilling plan that addresses medium to long-term learning needs and supports the company's global strategy.
- Collaborate with professional families and group centers of expertise to build a consultative and business partnering approach.
- Assess and address upskilling and learning needs in various fields, including technology, data, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, sustainability, and climate adaptation.
- Design and deliver high-impact learning journeys and programs that leverage digital and face-to-face learning.
- Build strong partnerships with leading education institutions and vendors to position the company as a thought leader in its domains of strategic interest.
- Foster internal communities on strategic skills and act as a business partner to entities to scale selected local programs and facilitate cross-entity collaboration.
- Manage a team of learning partners and coordinators to ensure the implementation of the upskilling strategy on time and on budget.
- Collaborate with the group learning operations and learner engagement team to implement best practices and participate in global engagement projects related to strategic skills.
- Engage with the leadership and executive learning team to co-design and deploy programs targeting senior leaders.
- Stay ahead of market trends through participation in external networks and conferences.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the learning field or in a HR generalist role with a strong business partnership mindset.
- Good knowledge of learning and change management practices.
- Good knowledge of HR, talent, and skills trends.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to advise and bring expertise to senior leadership.
- Strong project management skills and learning design skills.
- Strong managerial skills.
- Negotiation and communication (written and oral) skills.
- Business French and English level.
