Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our International Development team in Paris. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy for the DACH region, driving client acquisition, and fostering effective communication and coordination among stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute a local marketing strategy to drive brand development and client acquisition in the DACH region.
- Co-construct an ambitious influence strategy by country and ensure its perfect execution.
- Manage the marketing budget for the region, across all levers.
- Liaise with other teams to ensure a 360-degree view of all activations in the region.
- Be the go-to-person for all topics related to the development of the DACH region and communicate internally on our ambitions and roadmap.
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing, strategy, business development, or entrepreneurship.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt to a dynamic and entrepreneurial working environment.
- Organized, structured, and strong attention to detail.
- Analytical and data-driven.
- Creative mind with a passion for fashion ecosystems and social networks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory, and fluency in French is a plus but not mandatory.
