We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Maitre d'hôtel. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a strong background in hospitality, we encourage you to apply.
Your Experience
As a Maitre d'hôtel, you will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the hotel and catering industry, including at least 1 year in a similar position. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.
Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you will possess excellent interpersonal skills, reception and communication skills, organisational skills, advisory skills, and service and sales skills. You will be able to effectively manage and coordinate the activities of our team and ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Your Qualifications
You will hold a Professional BAC in the hotel and catering industry or a BTS in hotel and catering. Your qualifications will be essential in ensuring that you have the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role.
Your Missions
As a Maitre d'hôtel, you will be responsible for controlling the cost of materials, following up on administrative tasks, respecting and ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards, and coordinating the activities of our team and the service.
Your Contract
We offer a seasonal fixed-term contract with a net monthly salary of 2300 – 2500 euros net per month depending on profile. You will also benefit from food and lodging.
