Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Territorial PV Developer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing agrivoltaic projects in assigned territories.

Main Responsibilities
  • Project Identification and Development
    • Analyze and identify agrivoltaic potential in assigned territories in collaboration with internal experts.
  • Project Design and Implementation
    • Design innovative and locally adapted agrivoltaic projects.
  • Local Stakeholder Engagement
    • Establish trust-based relationships with local municipalities, EPCI, elected officials, collectivities, associations, and syndicates.
    • Participate in local consultations and communicate the needs and expectations of all stakeholders.
  • Partnership Identification and Management
    • Identify opportunities for partnerships with local actors, including farmers, associations, and collectivities. Negotiate partnership agreements and maintain strategic partnerships.
    • Develop and manage a network of local business developers to identify new land opportunities.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure compliance of projects with current regulations.
  • Communication and Awareness
    • Promote the benefits of agrivoltaic projects to local municipalities and EPCI.
    • Participate in local events and develop awareness-raising actions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (agricultural engineering, business, or environmental science).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles (commercial negotiation) in the agricultural and/or photovoltaic sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and partnership management skills.
  • Autonomy, creativity, and ability to work in a team.
  • Knowledge of regulations related to energy and agricultural projects.
  • Motivation to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization.
Benefits

Compensation: Salary based on experience, with annual bonuses of 10%.

Remote Work: 1-2 days per week.

Contract: Full-time, permanent contract with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Location: Based in Montpellier, with the possibility of 100% remote work in the AURA region.
